About Soloffort

Discipline. Resilience. No fluff.

The name isn't a marketing exercise. Soloffort comes from a phrase most people don't clock straight away: Soldier of Fortune — a nod to years spent working in private security, where discipline wasn't a personality trait, it was the job.

12 years in the British Army, 11 years in private close protection, and a qualified personal trainer since 2017 — the training guides aren't guesswork, they're the job.

That mindset didn't stay behind when the job changed. It's the same one behind everything here: structure over hype, consistency over motivation, showing up over feeling like it.

Soloffort isn't built for a 30-day transformation. It's built for people who do the work on their own schedule, on their own — repeatedly, whether or not anyone's watching.

Pick a goal. Get a program. Put in the work.
